Payments and Refunds

a) Users are liable to keep the documents as ATM or Bank receipts after making payments. These documents will be asked you to send if it is necessary. Metin2item is not responsible about these payment if you are unable to submit these documents. Your payment will be transfered to your accounts due to informations you notify.

b) Users are liable to control bank numbers when they demand a money transfer to their bank accounts. Metin2item can transfer money without user confirmation of bank numbers or account name discrepancy. First account number that user entered is valid. Metin2item is not responsible for these mistakes.

c) Users are only able to demand payment to their own personal bank accounts. They are not able to demand payment to any different bank accounts.

d) Users have to wait for minimum 7 days if they demand a payment which they gain by selling the goldbars they purchase from Metin2item with the money which they transfered by using credit card, mobile payment or bank transfers.

e) Payments must be shown at our bank accounts and notified us in 3 calender days. Metin2item is not responsible from the payments which are not notified and confirmed. Refunds of the payments transfered to our accounts will be done in 3 working days to related account. Payment costs will be scooped from total refund amount.

When transfered payment to our accounts asked to refund as cash;

ID copy of person who made payment, payment receipt, a settled phone number

When payment transfered by using mobile payment to our accounts asked to refund;

ID copy of person who made payment, related mobile phone’s receipt of last month (original units card if transfered by cell phone prepaid minutes, IMEI numbers), a document which proves the owner is himself/herself

When payment transfered by using credit card to our accounts asked to refund;

ID copy of person who made payment, related credit card’s receipt of last month stamped by Bank, a settled phone number

You have to send a signed petition which clarifies your refund demand reason to info@metin2item.com

Metin2item may ask you to inform your place of residance if necessary.

Metin2item may ask you to send the original payment receipt by cargo or postal service (shipment costs belong to sender) if necessary EVEN IF you have sent scanned copy of your bank receipt or wrote bank receipt informations.

f) Active costs which you will notice at payment demand page will be reduced from demanded payments if users purchase gold bar – game money from Metin2item after payment demand.

g) Do not forget your payment receipt. We are able to control your payment only if you notify us the process code. Delivery is impossible without payment receipt. You have to send us ID copy of person who made payment, payment receipt, a settled phone number with a signed petition which clarifies your situation IF our operator has a doubt on Live Support or if you try to notify same payment two times.

i) Metin2item may ask you to send the original payment receipt by cargo or postal service (shipment costs belong to sender) if necessary EVEN IF you have sent scanned copy of your bank receipt or wrote bank receipt informations.

j) A product can not be returned arbitrary or money can not be refunded according to the Consumer Rights. Money refunds are valid only if the product you bought is defective. Payments are only for shopping. It is obvious that Metin2item is not a kind of bank. Money transfered balance can not be refunded without confirmation of public prosecutor unless it is due to disagreement between user and Metin2item.
